I offer services ranging from simply guiding you through getting a grip on your clutter—all the way to sorting, researching, valuing, listing, selling and shipping your stuff through eBay, Amazon Marketplace and/or Craigslist.  While taking your unneeded items to the curb may seem like the easiest  solution when you reach your frustration point, it’s not the most responsible way. I strongly encourage disposing of items by either re-selling, donating or free-cycling them.   But I know how overwhelming the task is of not only deciding what goes and what stays, but also trying to find new homes for your items.

And that’s where I can help, here are the services I offer:

· Guiding you through sorting through your ‘stuff’, and being outside encouragement to let go of the stuff you’re holding onto. I understand the psychology of clutter.

· Sorting out what has value and should be attempted to be re-sold, and what is better off donating and taking a tax write-off.

· Selling your items on eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc.—and handling the full transaction from start to finish (photograph, list, buyer communication, payment collection and shipping)

· Handling donation of items that don’t sell.

· Small batches of items, routine home organization, simplification, moving preparations to full estate liquidations

If you have stuff you want me to sell for you, I just charge an upfront retainer fee that gets applied towards commissions I earn from selling your stuff.  This means, if you have enough stuff of value to sell. .  you can end up making money by hiring me!  I can also work on a strictly hourly basis if you prefer to just have me guide you through the process to do on your own.

I’m based out of Melbourne, Florida right now and can visit your location if you live within a reasonable driving distance.  Or if you already have stuff boxed up  but not the time/skills to sell it yourself—you can arrange to drop it off with me somewhere and I’ll take it from there.
